The Academy of European Public Law has been at the forefront of European public law teaching for over twenty years.As the educational flagship of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), the Academy enjoys a reputation as the primary destination for scholarship in public law within Europe’s dynamic setting.
The 2025 Curriculum
Offered ON PREMISE
This summer’s study session will take place from August 25 to September 13, 2025. The program consists of 2 general courses, 2 special courses, guest lectures, debate sessions, field trips, cultural visits and other social events. The final session takes place in Sounion, where students participate in the Annual Reunion of the European Group of Public Law.

Prof. dr hab. Krzysztof Wojtyczek (Jagiellonian University, Kraków): “International and European Standards of the Rule of Law”
Prof. Emmanouela Doussis (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens): “The impact of climate change to migration”.
SPECIAL LECTURE COURSES
Prof. Andrea Carbone (Sapienza University of Rome): “Rule of Law and Article 6 ECHR”.
Prof. Vasco Becker-Weinberg (University of Lisbon): “Sea level rise: legal and human implications”.
GUEST LECTURES/SEMINARS
Dr. Tamás Molnár (European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights): “How to protect climate migrants “.
EGPL Reunion
Participation in the Annual Reunion of the European Group of Public Law. The 2025 topic is “International Law, European Union Law, Constitutional Law”.
Modes of Study: Intensive Modules, Guest Lectures.
Eligible applicants should hold a degree in law, or political science, European studies, international affairs and other related fields and should be proficient in English.
Cost of the program and deadline applications
Regular applications will remain open until July 16, 2025
Fees
The Academy session program is offered at 1350€ and includes:
a. Participation in lectures, field visits, cultural events
b. Non-printed Course Material
c. Certificate of Participation
d. Participation at the European Group of Public Law Conference (plenary and workshops)
An Early Bird discount at 1000€ and is offered for applications submitted before May 30, 2025.
For the Early Bird tuition fees will be paid as follows: 50% up to May 30, 2025 and the other 50% up to June 27, 2025.
